DESCRIPTION:<p>The 169th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to 
 be organized from 18/10/2024 to 20/10/2024 by the Perú Chess Federation)\,
 <span class='fontstyle0'> under the auspices of FIDE. </span></p>\n<p>The 
 Lecturer will be IA Lopez-Chavez Marino\, Barbara (CUB)\, FIDE Lecturer\, 
 and the Local Assistant Arbiter will be IA Castaneda Del Aguila\, Carlomar
 io (PER).</p>\n<p>The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.</p>\n<p>The
  Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Reg
