DESCRIPTION:<p>The 188th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to 
 be organized from 23/05/2025 to 27/05/2025 by the National Chess Federatio
 n of the Philippines (NCFP)\, and Asian Chess Federation\,<span class='fon
 tstyle0'> under the auspices of FIDE. </span></p>\n<p>The Lecturer will be
  IA/IO Abundo\, Casto (PHI)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and the Assistant Lecturer w
 ill be IA/IO <span data-sheets-root='1'>Pahlevanzadeh\, Mehrdad (IRI)\, FI
 DE Lecturer</span>.</p>\n<p>The language of the Seminar will be English.</
