)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Pahlevanzadeh\,
Mehrdad (IRI).\nThe language of the Seminar will be English.\nThe Seminar
will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations
for the titles of Arbiters.\nSchedule:\n\n09:00-15:00 Dubai time. The subj
ects will include\na) Laws of Chess (including Rapid\, Blitz\, etc)\, 5 ho
urs\; b) Tournament Rules\,\n2 hours\; c) System of Games\, tie breaks. 3
hours\; d) Swiss system and Pairing\nrules\, 3 hours\; e) Regulations for
the rating and the over‐the‐board titles\, 3\nhours\; f) Regulations for t
he titles of the Arbiters\, 1 hour\; g) Anti cheating\nguidelines for Arbi
