| December 2, 2023 | Publishing a list of Member Federations having right to vote and a separate list of suspended Member Federations, if any, on the FIDE website. | |

Deadline for any complaint regarding the right to vote and its exercise. *At the opening of the General Assembly, the Chairman of the Constitutional Commission reports on the complete list of those entitled to vote and answers any questions and comments. |
